Technical problem solved
Interactive video today means a walled garden: every vendor has its own runtime, its own player, its own format. Content dies with the vendor. We want to prove that advanced authoring can be done while staying on ISO/IEC standards, and bring AI into the editing pipeline without taking prisoners.
Technical positioning
Interactive video authoring · open ISO BMFF standard · zero lock-in
Architecture / approach
- 01 Authoring System — no-code UI to define temporal hotspots and narrative flows
- 02 AI Processing Pipeline — Whisper (STT), SAM2 (segmentation), scene detection
- 03 Standard-Based Output — fMP4 ISO BMFF + sidecar metadata tracks
